About Surprise Epoxy Pros

Surprise Epoxy Pros installs epoxy, polyaspartic, and polyurea coatings for garages, patios, and pool decks across Surprise and Wickenburg. Most of our Surprise calls come from new-construction subdivisions. That means fresh slabs, which need a moisture check before any coating goes down, not just a quick clean and roll.

Wickenburg jobs look different. Ranch-style properties out there often have detached garages, barns, and older concrete. Those slabs usually need crack repair or leveling first, since years of settling and heat cycles leave gaps a new coating can’t bridge on its own.

How we work

Every estimate starts with a look at the slab, not a phone-quoted number. We check for moisture, cracks, and existing coating condition, then walk you through what prep the floor actually needs. New-build slabs get extra attention on cure timing. Older recoats get extra attention on what’s failing underneath the current finish.

Arizona heat changes how coatings cure and how they hold up long-term. Hot-tire pickup and UV fade are the two issues we hear about most, so material selection isn’t an afterthought. We pick the system to match the floor’s actual use, garage traffic, pool deck sun exposure, or patio foot traffic.
